For Architects
and Engineers

Each team must include at least one Architect and one Engineer, working in true collaboration. This edition calls for integrated thinking, where design intent and engineering rigour come together to create net-positive, regenerative solutions. Proposals must demonstrate measurable impact across energy, water, carbon, biodiversity, and human well-being.

This category invites completed and occupied projects that demonstrate measurable regenerative impact. These are real buildings and infrastructure in real contexts, showing how design and engineering come together to create systems that give back more than they take. Projects should demonstrate lifecycle thinking and measurable outcomes across energy, water, carbon, biodiversity, and human well-being.

Housing

Scalable housing solutions, whether multi-unit developments or individual homes, that demonstrate strong material innovation. Proposals should highlight lifecycle performance and meaningful community integration.

Institutional

Mixed-use, institutional, or civic buildings such as schools, healthcare centres, community spaces, commercial centres, or public facilities. These projects should address specific environmental challenges through regenerative engineering solutions.

Infrastructure

Built infrastructure projects including transport hubs, public utilities, mobility systems, water or waste infrastructure, and other civic-scale interventions. Projects should illustrate how resilience, sustainability, and regenerative principles are embedded through technology and materials, while creating positive impact for communities and ecosystems.
